The renovation of the historic building is characterised by full attention to the original architectural details and ornamentation, restoring its splendour and freshness of years ago. A bold proposal in the design is the replacement of the traditional tiled roof with a glass roof to provide natural lighting for the attic lounge area. This space has been arranged in a way that encourages casual human interaction, while offering an open and welcoming space. An abundance of vegetation makes being there reminiscent of a walk in the garden, emphasising the natural character of the room. The glass roof, which acts as a source of sunlight, also allows star gazing at night, adding magic to the atmosphere of the place.
