As the world becomes increasingly digital, more and more people are opting to work remotely and live a nomadic lifestyle. While this offers a great deal of freedom and flexibility, it can also be isolating and challenging to find a sense of community and connection. That's where our idea comes in.

Our goal was to create a friendly and welcoming space for modern digital nomads who are interested in being by the sea, particularly those who enjoy water sports. We believe that there is a significant portion of these nomads who are seeking a place where they can find a comfortable and supportive environment to work, as well as opportunities to connect with nature and pursue their leisure activities by the sea.

This building has a multi-functional structure that is divided into four distinct levels that are connected to each other.

The ground floor is dedicated to common areas and there is a co-working space that is equipped with comfortable desks, chairs, and a place for telephone calls. This floor also offers chilling areas during breaks from work and in the evenings. It features a common kitchen with a large dining room, as well as a day zone that includes an indoor yoga area, and a reading area.

The first floor and the attic are intended for double rooms with private bathrooms, as well as apartments with small kitchens for those who prefer more privacy. These rooms and apartments are designed to provide comfortable and convenient accommodations for guests who are staying at the building for extended periods of time.

The basement of the building it includes a storage room for water sports equipment with access from the outside and small gym area to workout. Additionally it is used as a laundry space, and it also includes storage space for garden equipment, larger cleaning equipment, and various supplies that are needed to maintain the building.
